As a member of the Finance-B2P group/division, reporting to the Director of Finance - Accounts Payable Global Process Owner, you will be responsible for handling and resolving AP challenges and will be the key liaison between TCS B2P team, Sourcing, Treasury, Buyer, Requestor, and Business Stakeholders. Communication and the ability to work affectively with cross functional teams is essential. Deep knowledge of AP processes is key as you will also be expected to provide training, develop SOP's and support to our TCS B2P team or other end users that might need help. You will need to be able to communicate any process gaps that is found and can drive process improvement discussions or projects for said gaps. This role requires teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and the ability to improve areas that are not up to par with Accounts Payable Process Standards. What do we want to know about you? * Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance roles * Experience working with finance ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)* Strong problem solving skills* Strong change management and influencing skills * Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to a broad audience * Process oriented and proficient in control requirements What will your typical day look like? * Manage and solve escalations as they arise* Lead Functional requirements for AP process improvements/enhancements. * Lead & Support Global AP Helpdesk and SPPR Workflow tool* Assist with ad hoc AP reporting, audit queries and reconciliations* Help facilitate manual payments, special payments, Force Pay requests and approvalsYou may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary. While this position is remote, it may include occasional work at a Wabtec office/site or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The salary range for this role is between 77,600- 135,700. The actual salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, education, business needs, market demands, and work location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.This role is also eligible for a performance bonus].
