DESCRIPTION Lead by example while creating a place for people to be discipled in relevant environments and purposed community. Work alongside a campus pastor in a key leadership role at a Tree Church campus, engaging with the day-to-day work of maintaining and investing in a campus. Along the way, youll have an opportunity to engage in the day-to-day work of a Tree Church campus pastor, including: Overseeing and improving the culture, environment, and guest experience Leading strategies to increase new attendance and improve retention Managing campus staff Discipling the people who attend the campus CORE Member The Campus Pastor Resident must be a CORE Member of The Tree Church in good standing. If the Resident fails to meet the standards of CORE Membership at any point, their employment can be terminated. Embodying Good Work Ethic At The Tree, we are passionate about staff community and staff work ethic. We are highly relational, and we work hard. Like all ministries, there are busy seasons and seasons when we are able to catch our breath, but we have set a culture that doesnt shy away from hard work. Just as seriously as we take hard work, we also highly value rest; and for that reason, we take every Friday and Saturday off. Its also worth noting that the atmosphere at The Tree is to help out, even if it isnt in our job description. SOME KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and promote the vision of The Tree Church in many locations Oversee and regularly monitor the culture, environment, and guest experience at your campus Implement and foster a culture of excellence within your campus Assist in overseeing all ministries within your campus to ensure they are effective and thriving Work with campus staff in managing clear expectations and deliverables Lead and disciple the people from your campus Build relationships with other pastors and leaders in the community Help coordinate missions and care Train and empower people to do what you do WERE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS: High character and integrity individual Proactive and future-minded Passionate about the vision of The Tree A strong leader who can make decisions Has pastoral experience, or significant professional work experience YOURE OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE IF: You have the ability to proactively deal with issues before they become issues People are already following you
