A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer in New York, NY or Remote. Key Responsibilities: Understand core customer workflows and pain points Partner with product and engineering to define product experience for new features Produce, test, and iterate on prototypes and designs, conduct user research, and iterate on design system Required Qualifications: 6+ years of design experience at a product-driven tech company with a portfolio of work 2+ years minimum working on a consumer app Experience designing data-rich UX Previous startup experience preferred Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and engineering teams
