Provide sound leadership to the Maintenance Team as they maximize the reliability of plant equipment Develop and maintain a proactive preventative maintenance program focused on reducing unplanned machine down time. Be leader of professional maintenance-oriented improvement projects moving the plant from a reactive to proactive approach. Incorporate World Class Manufacturing (continuous improvement) techniques and principles into all maintenance systems. Develop solid working relationships across all plant personnel. Minimal travel required. Required Qualifications What do you bring? Bachelor's degree is required in Engineering or related technical discipline. 10 years of manufacturing environment experience preferred. Strong leadership experience to be successful working in a complex role working with the Plant Leadership Team, Corporate Manufacturing Performance Team, and unionized plant employees.
