COMPANY OVERVIEW: ANSER enhances national and homeland security by strengthening public institutionsWe provide thought leadership for complex issues through independent analysis and we deliver practical, useful solutionsANSER values collaboration, integrity, and initiative and we are client focused in all that we doBecause we were established for the purpose of public service and not for profit, we measure our success in the impact of our serviceSPECIFIC JOB DESCRIPTION: ANSER is seeking a Data Quality Management/Architecture Technical Consultant to support the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Infrastructure Modernization and Resilience in the Real Property programWork will be conducted at the Pentagon, Mark Center and via teleworkThe Technical Consultant works with the client to develop, implement, and sustain the logical and informational data models that drive real property systemsThe Technical Consultant uses knowledge of DoD real property systems to drive work groups towards improving data qualityDuties include:--- Participation in the Business Information Technology Standards working group--- Creation and maintenance of architectural artifacts.--- Incorporation of practical and theoretical real property experience into architecture and data standards for Real Property Information Model (RPIM)Includes promoting adoption of information and logic real property models based on new process reengineering efforts, technical updates, and functional updates.--- Support across the DoDs Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) portfolio.--- Assisting client in adapting customer needs and technology through stakeholder working groups.--- Participation in real property data forum focused on development of change proposals for consideration by the RPIM working group and the RPIM configuration control panel.--- Participation in DoD Metadata Registry Working Group meetings and DoD IT Standards and Profile Registry to address multiple Core Business Mission Areas (CBMA).--- Documentation of real property-related models into the DoD IT Standards and Profile Registry (DITPR)--- Organization and execution of working group focused on real property data qualitySKILLS & EXPERIENCE:--- Active Secret security clearance--- 5+ years of relevant experience at Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD)/Joint Staff/Interagency environment, or Higher Headquarters organization (e.gCombatant Command (CCMD) equivalent or above)--- Possess a working knowledge of UNICOM System Architect--- Possess a working knowledge of the DoD real property programs.--- Possess a working knowledge of business enterprise architecture--- Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills supporting senior leaders--- Preferred : Military experience and established knowledge of DoD processes and procedures EDUCATION & YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Bachelors Degree in: Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or Management Science or 5 or more years commensurate professional experience in DoD Real Property Management and/or Energy, Installations, and Environment disciplines (Real Property Asset Accountability, Facility Management, Facility Operations, Engineering, Installations Energy, Environment), or Systems Engineering DISCLAIMER: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position with ANSER, please call 703-416-XXXX or e-mail ANSER is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerWe seek individuals from a broad variety of backgrounds with varying levels of experience who have a desire to do meaningful workWe recruit, employ, train, compensate, and promote regardless of race, color, gender, religion, national origin, ancestry, disability, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law
