For further information, please visit Grass Valley. Your Role We are looking to hire a dynamic technical trainer manager to deliver and create training programmes for Grass Valley. Your primary role includes, driving the delivery of the training strategy and to create training programs to improve the skills, productivity, quality of work and performance for our customers and employees. You will also be liaising with Grass Valley’s talent manager to coordinate technical training for employees. Creating training materials and implementing customer and staff training programmes, whilst managing the delivery and measuring the impact on customer and employee performance. This role will be up to 50% travel in the UK & Europe with opportunities to train world-wide.
