Dear Au pair / Nanny Hello! Our current live-in nanny is returning home after 2 years with us. We have loved having her as part of our family and are now looking for another live-in au pair or nanny to live with us. You would have your own fully furnished bedroom and bathroom downstairs (we sleep upstairs) unlimited high-speed wifi/internet, and food/meals. Our family is me (a single Dad, my wife died 10 years ago), my daughter (14) and two sons (16 &18) the eldest lives on campus at Sydney uni, and a 6-year-old Golden Retriever called Zoe. We live in a 6-bedroom house in Sydney, Australia in a great location (50m from Queens Park, 200m from Centennial Park, 1km from Bondi Junction Shopping & Transport Interchange & 2.2km from Bondi & Bronte beaches). We are an easy-going family and love spending time with each other. Our au pairs / nanny are an important part of our family. We have had quite a few au pairs over the past 10 years and keep in touch with most of them. We would be happy to put you in touch with some of them as a reference. The children are all very active and into sports, music and school (thankfully). We are looking for someone who can help with preparing lunches, some drop-offs, and walking Zoe in the morning, some pick-ups, preparing dinner in the afternoon/evening, and some light chores around the home (e. g. help with washing and some cleaning). Hours & Pay:1. $20/hr, with the first 10 hours being for food & board. Pay is higher with more experience.2. I'm flexible with hours, but generally need at least 30 hours to make it work. There are extra hours if you want them.3. Times are mornings and afternoon/evenings Mon-Fri and one day each weekend. This means you are free from 9am to 3pm each day to explore all that Sydney has to offer or study.4. We are supportive of making sure you have a fantastic Sydney experience.5.
