Job description Overview: Flomotion, the brand, is an apparel brand that screen prints all our graphic prints in-house. Our current open positions are in the screen printing department. As a press operator you will work within a team and are in charge of managing this team. Duties: - Set up and operate printing press according to job specifications- Must be able to set up a job from start to finish, including cleaning and burning screens, lining up art, dialing in dryer temperature etc.- Monitor the printing process to detect any issues or defects- Make adjustments as needed to maintain print quality- Perform routine maintenance on all equipment, such as cleaning and lubricating- Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or printing errors- Inspect finished prints for quality control purposes- Keep workspace clean and organized Experience and requirements: - Screen printing experience is required- M&R equipment experience is a plus, but can always train someone.- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and other design software is a plus- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on your feet all day- Reliable transportation- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40lbs.- Able to stand and move around the warehouse.
