We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction• Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market• Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers• Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home• Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget• Follow the team plan• Team player• Lead follow up• Lead generation• Database and CRM• Good communication• Attend office and coaching meetings Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred• An established track record of successful real estate sales • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Real estate license required• Ability to learn and coachable• Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: At Luxurysold.com in Las Vegas, we have lead systems, resources, a coaching team, and multiple office teams in place for real estate.
