Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate service requests from employees of clients Educate and assist callers in understanding and maximizing their healthcare benefits Provide direction on various benefit issues and plans Required Qualifications: High School diploma or GED equivalent Minimum one year of insurance and/or benefits customer service experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry, and electronic mail applications Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to sit and use the phone for long periods
